Our Thesis

“Industry and labour are in the midst of one of the biggest structural changes in history.”

Advancements in technology — robotics, AI and autonomous systems — have given us the opportunity to start redesigning and developing our systems of industry with greater capability and versatility in complicated environments, and to decrease the cost of certain types of labour by exponential factors.

Environments that are highly susceptible to this shift in industry include dangerous edge cases, repetitive and injury prone work and the need for assistance and supplement of our workforce in high demand areas of future business; industries such as defense and mining, cleaning and other labour heavy workloads, or aged care, health and other priority areas that suffer from labour shortage and a need for boosted productivity, respectively.

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a business that can naturally learn, grow and survive through the turbulent structural economic and societal changes we see in the near future — and to do this side by side with all our clients, partners and stakeholders.

Our Strategy

Our strategy is to deploy systems with a high degree of versatility and powerful economics to entrench us in the future of a variety of different industries and markets. We will provide value by helping our industries prepare itself for a labour scarce, but highly productive future.

Our Objective

Our objective is to massively distribute proven technology to verticals with the highest present ROI. Resources will then be dedicated to scalability into other industries and verticals, as well as other markets, in Australia and abroad.

Research & Development

The team at SoftServe prides itself on its priority in continuous innovation and iteration. Therefore, we will dedicate a significant amount of our resources and time into research and development within our robotics, systems and verticals in order to deploy the next generation of autonomy at scale.
