Solve the problems of tomorrow, today.

SOFTSERVE builds and deploys robotic systems that are flexible enough to fit real workplaces and cheap enough to actually pay off. We do our own research and development, and we bring proven technology to market at a scale that keeps it affordable. Practical labour is getting harder to find across Australia, and we want to help the businesses here adapt without betting the budget on hardware that dates in a few years.

Why we started SoftServe

We started SoftServe in South Australia after seeing the same problem across facilities we knew: proven robotics solutions existed, but buying, integrating and maintaining them was too complex and too capital-heavy for most operators to take on alone.

So we built a managed alternative. You get the results of automation on a simple monthly plan, and we carry the selection, deployment, monitoring and maintenance. The goal is to help businesses across Australia adapt to a future of hard-to-hire roles.

How we work

Solution-agnostic

We assess each environment and deploy the most capable, cost-effective robot for the job, never a one-size-fits-all box.

We own the uptime

Monitoring, triage, field-technician dispatch and proactive servicing are on us. You get working robots, not more equipment to manage.

OPEX, not CAPEX

Robotics-as-a-Service turns high upfront spend and obsolescence risk into a predictable monthly cost, so automation is a service decision rather than a capital project.

Local and hands-on

Based in South Australia and serving Australia, we stay close to our clients, from the first site survey through every service visit.
